Explore WIOA-Eligible Training Programs

Overview

The Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) includes training providers approved under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to offer courses or programs leading to recognized credentials, diplomas, employment, or measurable skill gains toward those goals. The ETPL Approved Programs section provides an easy way to review statewide training and education programs eligible for WIOA funding.

It’s important to know which providers qualify if you have applied for WIOA eligibility through your one-stop office. If you are unsure about your funding status, contact your one-stop office. Eligibility is typically determined during your visit, when staff assess factors like your age, skills, and employment situation. For instance, if you have been laid off, displaced, or face barriers such as a disability, you may qualify for WIOA services.

Steps to View ETPL Programs

To filter the ETPL Programs results, select the Filter Criteria link.
Enter a keyword in the Program field. To choose whether results must begin with the keyword, or simply contain the keyword, select the Program Keyword Search Options link and choose the appropriate option.
Enter a keyword in the Provider field. To choose whether results must begin with the keyword, or simply contain the keyword, select the Provider Keyword Search Options link and choose the appropriate option.
Enter a City.
Choose a State.
Enter a ZIP Code.
Select the Filter link to view the results. Select the Reset link to clear the search options and see all ETPL Programs.

To view details for a program, click a [title] link in the Programs column. The Program Details page displays. See Research Training/Education Programs for details.
To download the list for offline access, select either the Export to Excel or Export to CSV link below the table to save the extract file to a location on your local device.
